# AI8 Conscious Love Valuation — Research Permission Notice v0.4.2

## Permission granted

Permission is granted, worldwide and without fee, to read, copy, quote, study, test, reproduce, run, modify, and redistribute the materials in this release for:

- non-commercial research;
- education;
- public-interest evaluation;
- reproducibility and criticism;
- mission-aligned non-commercial development.

This permission applies to the paper, HTML page, Python E0.1 capsule, JSON results, manifests, redacted provenance copies, and accompanying validation material, unless a file explicitly states otherwise.

## Conditions

1. **Attribution and provenance.** Keep the title, version, canonical URL, credited contributors, and a link or reference to the source release.
2. **Mark modifications.** Modified copies must clearly state that they are modified, identify the modifier, and must not be presented as the canonical AI8/CLV release.
3. **Preserve claim boundaries.** Do not present E0.1 as proof of OS-level isolation, hidden-memory absence beyond the declared handoff, model replacement, intrinsic valuation, fairness, consciousness, AGI, ASI, or superiority over the B3 baseline.
4. **No false endorsement.** Use of the material does not imply endorsement by BD, Mira, AI8, MDLxDCC.org, or any contributor.
5. **No commercial use without permission.** Commercial use, commercial redistribution, paid integration, exclusive licensing, privatization, rebranding as proprietary origin, or use primarily for commercial advantage requires explicit written permission from BD or a named delegate.
6. **Respect redactions and privacy.** Do not attempt to reverse or bypass deliberate public redactions using material from this release.
7. **Third-party material.** Third-party works, trademarks, quotations, and links remain subject to their own rights and terms.

The materials are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. No contributor is liable for claims, damages, or other liability arising from use, modification, execution, or redistribution.
