# Public provenance redaction manifest — v0.4.2

The internal CouncilSeed v0.3 Markdown and HTML files and the historical public v0.4 source remain byte-frozen and unchanged in the private development archive.

The public v0.4.2 provenance package contains clearly named redacted copies:

- `AI8_CLV_AIM3_Good_ASI_CouncilSeed_v0_3_REDACTED_PUBLIC.md`
- `AI8_Conscious_Love_Valuation_CouncilSeed_v0_3_REDACTED_PUBLIC.html`
- `AI8_Conscious_Love_Valuation_v0_4_REDACTED_PUBLIC.md`

One private interlocutor’s personal name was replaced with the neutral role description:

> external cognition-theory interlocutor

No conceptual argument, question, answer, sequence, or claim boundary was intentionally removed. The redaction exists only to avoid publishing a private person’s identity without an explicit public-consent record.

The canonical v0.4.2 paper and all public diff files use the same neutral description and contain no personal name for that interlocutor.
