The Hybrid kit targets the highest-pain part of small-boat cruising: bow slamming, spray, and uncomfortable impacts in chop. It raises only the bow while keeping propulsion conventional.

Mounts
Reinforced collars near the bow, tied into the anchor locker, hawse area, and transverse frames. Quick-release side brackets support serviceability.

Manual or electro-hydraulic control of foil depth, V-angle, attack angle, and optional rear trim plates to prevent porpoising.
Use case
Lakes, coastal hops, moderate chop up to roughly 1 m, fishing boats, patrol/rescue tenders, commuter ferries, and yacht tenders.
Indicative targets
10–20% fuel saving at cruise, 2–4 kn higher comfortable cruise in chop, and installed kit cost around $25k–$60k.

The Full kit is the ambitious version: the whole hull clears the water once take-off speed is reached. This is closer to the Candela/Navier lineage, but framed as a modular retrofit path.

Strut geometry
