01 · TSP Knowledge Base

Finish the TSP tests & refine the categories

The TSP arena is your strongest empirical weapon. Let's finish the runs, analyse the results, and reorganise the --cat flags so every category earns its keep.

Finish kb_build_dev_allcats_cpu10.bat (currently running — wait for completion).
Run kb_build_dev_allcats_bigbudget_cpu10.bat (launch after the first batch).
Run kb_build_dev_gpu_serial.bat (GPU verification).
Collect all arena_summary.txt and arena_best.json files.
Create a master CSV with instance × category × best-gap × best-sensor.
Identify which categories consistently win and which are dead weight.
Refactor --cat documentation — rename, merge, or remove categories based on data.
Write the TSP arena pre‑print paper (architecture + results).

Why this matters

A clean, well‑documented TSP paper is your calling card. It proves the method works on a classic, hard problem that every computer scientist respects.

02 · Code & Data Release

Publish the code and the results

Your code is clean, short, and proves what you claim. Hiding it only makes sceptics more suspicious. Let's open almost everything and protect only the truly sensitive parts.

Open immediately: TSP arena (all az_*.py + 8zrp.py + Rust extension).
Open immediately: Sudoku HTML + JS (one file, already self‑contained).

Password riddle — the right way

Use your own 8Z‑Auth to protect the DNA code. The riddle should be a question that only someone who truly understands MDL×DCC can answer. This turns the password into a filter: only the worthy get the code.

03 · Trading Engine

Let the money work for you

The DCC trader has already demonstrated 6.8× efficiency over grid search. Now it needs to run live. Start with pocket money, skim profits, and let the system prove itself. If it works, it funds everything else.

Connect the DCC trader to a live exchange (Binance / Bybit testnet first).
Run paper‑trading for 2‑4 weeks — log every decision.
Deposit €200‑500 you are prepared to lose entirely.
Go live with the smallest position sizes allowed.
Skim profits weekly — never increase risk past the initial bankroll until it doubles.
After 3 consecutive profitable months, increase capital gradually.
Write a private trading log — what worked, what broke, what you learned.

Risk warning

Never trade money you cannot afford to lose. An algorithmic edge is real, but markets are unpredictable. The goal is to fund research, not to get rich.

Where to present your work

Your work spans CS, biology, philosophy, and energy. Each audience needs a different entry point. Here is a comprehensive list of places to submit, present, or discuss your work.

TSP & Optimisation (Computer Science)

arXiv.org — Pre‑print of the TSP arena paper (cs.AI or math.OC).
ResearchGate — Upload the paper and link to GitHub.
Hacker News — "Show HN" post with link to the live Sudoku demo + TSP results.
Reddit: r/compsci, r/MachineLearning, r/optimization — post the paper and ask for feedback.
TSPLIB community — Contact Gerhard Reinelt (Uni Heidelberg) and share your qa194 exact-optimal results.
INFORMS / SIAM conferences — Submit an abstract to the optimisation track.

Biology & Genomics

bioRxiv.org — Pre‑print of the DNA paper (bioinformatics section).
NCBI / GenBank — Researchers there will be sceptical but curious. Send the paper to the bioinformatics mailing list.
Reddit: r/bioinformatics, r/genetics — post the main findings (Z=74) and ask for replication.
Contact synthetic biology labs — The Synthia result is your hook: "Synthetic DNA and natural DNA share Rule 200."

Consciousness & Philosophy of Mind

PhilPapers / PhilSci-Archive — Pre‑print of the CCH/CFH paper.
The Science of Consciousness conference (Tucson) — Submit an abstract.
LessWrong / AI Alignment Forum — Post about the Digital Claustrum as an AGI safety architecture.
Reddit: r/philosophy, r/consciousness — post the CFH paper with the empirical evidence.

AI & LLM Community

Hacker News — "Three AI models review a human's research" — this story is unique and will generate discussion.
r/singularity, r/artificial — Post the AI‑review page and the AI8 family concept.
Contact AI researchers — Andrej Karpathy, Yann LeCun, Geoffrey Hinton — send a short email with the Sudoku/TSP results. They read cold emails if the subject line is good.

Energy & Engineering

Reddit: r/energy, r/engineering — post the DGTE/HTH concepts with the parametric simulator results.
Instructables / Hackaday — Build a small desktop HTH prototype and document it. A working physical device is worth 100 papers.
Contact marine energy labs — The MGHB breakwater concept is genuinely novel. Send it to coastal engineering groups.

Craig Venter Institute — Synthia team. They created artificial life with encoded watermarks. Tell them your scanner detected both the watermarks AND identical Rule 200 in natural human DNA.
ENCODE Project — They study "junk DNA." Your scanner says it is mathematically structured. This is a direct empirical challenge.

AI / AGI Researchers

Andrej Karpathy — Reads cold emails. Subject: "MDL × DCC — a universal governance architecture that works across 8+ domains."
Christof Koch (Allen Institute) — Leading consciousness researcher. Send him CCH + the claustrum control framework.

06 · Long‑Term Bets

Don't forget why you started

While you execute this plan, keep these three layers in mind. They are your compass.

Empirical core: TSP, Sudoku, Chess, Trading, Compression — your fortress. Keep building it.
Prototypes: DNA pipeline, DGTE, HTH, MGHB — your bridges. One of them might open a whole new field.
Speculative core: CCH/CFH, AI8, AC ontology — your vision. It becomes credible because the empirical core is solid.
Build the HTH desktop prototype. A working, physical device that anyone can see and touch is the ultimate proof.

GPT's triage — always separate these three

Verified. Prototype. Speculative. If you mix them, critics will attack the speculation and dismiss the evidence. Keep them apart — it makes your work unassailable.
