Po uradni strani MOL je bilo na dan 11. 6. 2026 navedenih 227.376 volilnih upravičencev in 257 volišč. To ni poceni pogovor. To je velika mestna operacija.According to the official MOL page, on 11 June 2026 there were 227,376 eligible voters and 257 polling stations. This is not a cheap conversation. It is a major municipal operation.

Zato je legitimno vprašanje: ali je referendum najboljše orodje za parkirni režim ali pa znak, da javna razprava pred sprejemom ni bila dovolj prepričljiva?So the legitimate question is: is a referendum the best tool for a parking regime, or a sign that the public debate before adoption was not convincing enough?

Pri prometu ima vsak močno osebno izkušnjo: stanovalec, dnevni migrant, obrtnik, dostavljavec, starš, starejša oseba, invalid, kolesar. Zato je tema politično eksplozivna.Traffic policy touches everyone: residents, commuters, craftsmen, delivery workers, parents, older people, disabled people, cyclists. That is why the topic is politically explosive.

Ampak prav zaradi tega referendum pogosto postane glasovanje o jezi, zaupanju v župana ali splošnem odnosu do mestne politike, ne pa natančna odločitev o prometnem modelu.But because of that, a referendum often becomes a vote on anger, trust in the mayor, or general city politics, not a precise decision on the traffic model.

Tako referendum ne bi bil samo “da/ne” po občutku, ampak zadnja demokratična varovalka po tem, ko so bile možnosti resno razložene.Then the referendum would not be only a gut-level yes/no, but the final democratic safeguard after the options were seriously explained.

Rezultat: referendum ostane možnost, vendar šele po javnem prometnem modelu in pilotski logiki.Result: referendum remains possible, but only after a public traffic model and pilot logic.
