Prva napaka javnosti je, da vlado oceni po tem, koga voli. Druga napaka je, da jo oceni po tem, koga sovraži. Obe metodi sta slabi.The public’s first mistake is judging a government by who one votes for. The second is judging it by who one hates. Both methods are weak.
